Spike the King Penguin

I previously mentioned about Spike the King Penguin being voted the most popular zoo penguin in the world. Today he received a trophy, presented by Al the Head Keeper and witnessed by the many half term visitors to Birdland. 
In other news Rob and I were both jabbed today. I had my covid booster and he had a nerve blocker into a problem disc in his back. We're both OK. 
About to pop outside to see the red arrows who whizzed over the house earlier today and are due to do so twice this afternoon going to and from an event in Birmingham!
