Tonight, we can exclusively unveil this new knit as Jersey Cow.. not the Doctor as some silly Monkey's might have had you believe. And isn't he just brilliant, perfect for the role as new knit!? We have the clever Jenny to thank for the genius of Jersey Cow.

Jersey Cow will be journeying with us to Devon for the weekend, where he will be making it his permanent home.
