French Breakfast

We started out the day in a relaxed manner as we don’t have to move on today - one more night by the sea!
We remembered to order our croissants and baguette from reception yesterday, so we were able to enjoy a typical French breakfast today.
We gave our temporary neighbors (John and Sue) a taste of my Kefir, as they had expressed some interest yesterday. We have enjoyed their company and had drinks together for the past couple of days. They are from Leeds and we seem to have a lot in common.

After breakfast we went to visit a neighboring beach and both decided to go in the water. We kept a sharp eye out for jellyfish as we were told that they are often seen in this area.
The water was cool but refreshing and we both went for a swim. On the way back we saw an enormous jellyfish washed up on the beach! I certainly would not have gone in the water if I’d seen that on the way in!
After that we decided to not go back in the water, but went for a stroll round the shops instead.
After a refreshing nap, I cleaned the van, getting it ready for packing up and moving on tomorrow morning.
Then we met up with our neighbors from Leeds and a new couple we made friends with - Ewan from Scotland and Julie from the Isle of Mann. We had some good conversation and drinks that we all contributed to.
Afterwards we all went our separate ways for dinner. We went back to same restaurant as last night as it was so good!
