Fountain Of Sorrow

Wide Wednesday . . . Water 

This morning my attention was caught by the Moller Fountain sparkling in the sunlight.  Maybe it is being repainted and just has the white undercoat on it.  I'm sure it was different colours last time I noticed it.  Also the water in the pool was covered with white foam as if detergent had been put in it.  
Thanks to Rock Area for managing the challenge while Bob and Mrs. BB are enjoying themselves on a Greek Island.
