Life through the lens...

Bkackie.

The sun missed us yet again until a brief appearance this afternoon. A bit nippy in our garden. However the blackbird doesn’t mind. After a wash in the bird bath he was drying his feathers sat on the fence.

We had an early start as Mr C had an appointment at Pinderfields Hospital at 8.45am. Usually about 30mins from home via the M62, but at the moment with road works that road is almost at a standstill in a morning.
So we went the old way on the A650. Set off at 7.40am and got there an hour later. Made his appointment bang on time.
His eye injection was over and done with in 10 mins. Many thanks as always to our NHS and all the staff at Pinderfields Eye Hospital.

This afternoon we called to see our friend J who has now fully recovered from his fall, which was over three months ago, and is very pleased to be back driving again.

Called at a small garden nursery on our way home to pickup a hanging basket. ( Good for a future blip) Also bought some sweet corn plants. Mainly for our youngest son, but might try one or two plants if I can find somewhere to plant them Never grown them before.
At the moment everything is doing well in the raised bed. Hope I haven’t spoken too soon.

Sorry if I confused some people yesterday. I meant it was 8 years of Tiny Tuesdays, not 8 years of Blipping for me.
