Feather

I found this feather during our recent trip to Canberra on a stroll around Lake Burley Griffin. I don't know what species of bird shed it but it might be from the one in my extra. Perched in a willow, it looks like a heron or a cormorant. If a blipper knows and tells, I will be grateful.
