Camellia

My camellia (camellia debutante - I think) has started flowering so this is a shot more for the record than anything else.  I have a border of sasanquas at the back of my place which have a thick carpet of petals underneath them.  A massive display this year.

Coffee and a catch up with someone I used to work with.  I feel I have almost got up to date with the gossip. 

Chicken and corn soup (Chinese style) made today and a sourdough proving in the fridge for baking tomorrow.   Aside from that, not much else to report.
