Veined Butterfly

Seeing this green-veined white made me think of the black-veined white which became extinct in the British Isles in 1927. These have been seen this year in south-east London. It is controversial as it is thought they were released unofficially. 

My butterfly is on herb Robert, a member of the cranesbill family. The cranesbill-like seedheads can be seen.
