Weathering a storm

James Street and it’s counterpart, Hamilton Square at the other side of the Mersey river, are the oldest deep level stations in the world.

Hanging around here with sis V after an eventful evening. Evacuated from Bootle music festival due to adverse weather, we eventually got to the city centre for a drink and some food amid delays due to ‘disorder’ on the trains!
