Banded Demoiselle

I had a wonderful morning and lunch with a good friend. His new garden furniture arrive whilst I was there, so we were able to enjoy lunch outside in the sunshine.

Then a somewhat tedious but necessary trip to the bank. Who would have thought that it can take an hour and a half just to open a new account?!!!

I rounded the afternoon off with a stroll along the river. I saw my first kingfisher for what seems like a long time but I liked this photo of a banded demoiselle best. Please look large, if you have time and inclination.
