The Pensioner

To the market

A walk into town as the market was on - though we didn’t buy much apart from some cheese. And in the municipal market hall, a goodly amount of vegetables, as we were having a BBQ. An ice cream and coffee and back to swim and laze.
Though much later, young H and I stepped into town to find a pub with the footy on. All the way into town before we found one. And we ended sitting beside a compatriot. Who bought us drinks! Who says the Scots are mean, eh?
