A Day Worth Recording

Our second Murder Mystery Weekend begins.

Prior to the Friday evening meal and the start of the performance, the guests get to read a scene-setting document.

Normally, they would have had this earlier, on arrival, but this was a private booking and the entire weekend was a birthday surprise.

The 'birthday boy' knew absolutely nothing about what had been planned, he had no idea what was happening when everyone else come down in 1920's outfits, and was taken upstairs to get changed.  His outfit had been smuggled in separately.

Thus this starting period was a bit ad hoc, with me surreptitiously shuttling between guest party and the actors to try and keep things in sync.
