Racemes

Cold and wet in Colchester today, and pretty grotty all the 100 mile drive home.
So...Today's blip is of the long cascading racemes of wisteria falling down the side of the whalebone pub in Fingringhoe in Essex.
Just for info the word 'raceme' is a type of inflorescence that is unbranched and indeterminate & bears pedicellate flowers that is flowers that have short stalks called pedicels along the axis.
So now you know lol!
I hope you get more from the blip than the explanation!
