Heatwave

The heatwave continues and I am fed up with it now! I can't get anything done, have no energy and can't keep cool. 
Terry dropped me off near the charity shop in town and I took a pile of books for them. I hadn't realised how many I had. I still have more that I've read but mum hasn't read them yet. I keep some but not many, just ones I think I might read again some day or those that are exceptional stories.
I bought 4 more books in the charity shop and on is by my favourite (at present) author, Santa Montefiore.
Bought a cooked chicken in town as we are not in any mood to do much cooking.
