Reconnecting

It's been over a week since my phone started to play up - locked out of accounts, unable to open some apps........an altogether frustrating time.  It's taken me this long to research the issue and try to fix it.......and then check and double check that everything I didn't want to lose was backed up and accessible before making the decision to do a factory reset.  Nervoius times, but the good news is - I'm reconnected now.  Whew!  A few things have been 'lost' but saved in a different format which is probably about as good a result as I could have hoped for.  I never thought I'd ever feel as though my right arm had been cut off without my phone......but I did.  Oh dear.
