Fun at The Beach

We set off earlier than usual this morning and were on Earlsferry beach by 8.30. It was gloriously, wonderfully empty of people. It’s about half a mile long and we had it to ourselves for more than an hour.
There really is nothing better than watching Geordie splashing through the water, chasing balls and digging holes in the sand. It makes my heart sing.
Came home and made a batch of yoghurt muffins, then took some to Mitch and had a chat about his concerns for his hospital tests this week. He’s justifiably anxious.
Then popped into Janice’s with some muffins and the shopping I got for her yesterday. Stayed for a chat and checked the tadpoles in her pond. Happily they’re getting big and doing fine.
