Gadding about….

Rachel and I went up to Gaddings Dam this morning. It was lovely and sunny, but we were prepared as rain was forecast. We climbed the steep path up…flippin’ heck, I’m so unfit. I sounded like a steam train going up.

The water was gorgeous and so lovely to get into after the climb. We had a good swim. Rachel has been three times and I said she can officially call herself a wild swimmer now.

We had a little picnic sat in the sunshine until the predicted black clouds edged closer. On the walk down the rain fell but it didn’t dampen our spirits as we were on a swimmer’s high.
