Potato crop

After the rain yesterday and last night a lovely hot, sunny day.

This morning I went to see my friend as it was her birthday.  Her hospital visit yesterday went well and she was going out for tea today with a friend.
I then walked round to K's, had a cuppa, chatted and came home for lunch. This afternoon I did some gardening and then K came round a we went for a walk.  Saw lots of butterflies today at long last, mind you I'm not sure what this one is!  Also made a strawberry trifle which we had for dinner.
