Made in the Shade

Hot and humid, the calendar may say it won't be summer until later this week but these guys, hanging out by the village's community pool, know better. 

The free time to be hanging out by a pool or wandering very far with a camera hasn't been in the cards for the last few days. Instead most of our time has been spent running errands, having the car checked and serviced, prescriptions refilled, and all the various and sundry bits and pieces on a "to do" list, getting ready to leave early Wednesday and start the drive north to spend the summer with our daughter and her family. 

The adventure through the viewfinder continues though I expect back-blips will be involved.
