I'm old enough to know better (in other words - I'm retired). In 2012, years of chronic illness and the Hep C virus finally caught up to me and I had a liver transplant. In and out of the hospital I discovered Blip and it became an important part of my recovery, kept me from staying stuck in the house and feeling sorry for myself. My photographic style nowadays tends to lean toward contemplative, simple images that use color and detail to bridge the gap between what I find in my viewfinder and the story I want to tell. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but at least the adventure continues.
