Harvestman (Opiliones)

I had never really had a close look at these before. Always though they were long legged spiders but there is differences. This one is missing a couple of legs, and the very long one (one the top RHS) I think must be a feeler of sorts, as seems to be moving slightly as if checking the lie of the land, (or my study wall).

Sue dropped by this morning for a mug of coffee and a wander around my garden for a blip. Always good to see her.  I am now of out there to carry on with some weed clearing and deadheading before the forecasted rain arrives again. At least now I am ok for watering as now have four and a half water butts full :-)
