Tides out

Wonderful sleep and feeling refreshed. Early breakfast and off out. I started in st David’s and sketched the cathedral before it got too hot. Popped in briefly but didn’t stay as it was quite busy. The rest of the group set off to walk a section of the coastal path to Solva.. I drove there and sat and painted there for a while. There was no shade as you can see from the photo so I sat in the boot of the car out of the blaze and painted happily. Only one person crept up to take a look.. better than the morning!
A cool pub offered food but nothing to get excited about. The afternoon was a quick trip to Solva mill where money was parted with and then back to relax before local dinner. Sleepy and more painting planned tomorrow and more walking for those that can
