Spetchley

We went back to Spetchley Gardens this morning.   The weather was good, but forecast to get hotter so thought morning would make more sense.

We had coffee then went round the corner to look at the mediaeval church.   It's only small, though it has an impressive resting place extension for the original occupants of Spetchley (see extra).  As with Croome Court church, this building is not used for Sunday worship.

We then had a very nice lunch in the cafe and later went over to the lake where we watched the ducks from the little bridge and then found a bench to sit and watch the wildlife.  This mum was keeping a close eye on her nine offspring.
