Cousins

Very lovely day out with Sam and younger sister Sarah and her kids at Stanwick Lakes.

Sam absolutely loves his cousins - with them he is no longer the youngest, smallest and most naive, & they all adore him.

What is it about cousins that getting along seems effortless despite the age and gender differences? It is the same even now for me and my cousins.

The day consisted of sunshine, adventure play-grounding. picnicking, geocaching, trim trailing, ice-creaming...and a bit of mud.

What more could 8-10 year olds and their mothers want?!

A few more here for family.
