A good likeness?

Well, I don't have the stick yet and am still reasonably upright, but the knees definitely play up nowadays, especially after sitting down for a while.  I'm at the stage of life where it's difficult to stand up or settle into a comfortable chair without letting out a sigh!

One of the superb presents I was given yesterday at my 'pre-birthday' afternoon tea; I'm certainly looking forward to trying it!  As my birthday isn't until next month, does that make me a 'Post Pre-Birthday Boy'?
