Foxglove ( Digitalis purpurea )

A real desperation blip.  I was visiting Kanyland wandered out into his garden switched the camera on and.....  Nothing!   A doddering old fool had forgotten to check the state of his camera battery.  Thank goodness for modern phones, however, I am rubbish at using them.

Foxgloves are biennial so once planted unless you replace them you don't know if or where they will appear in the future. They are another species that is very important to pollinators.
