Useful perch

This oak tree blew down in a storm a few years ago and was given a new lease of life, the seagull seems to like it.
Went to parkrun to marshal, I'm not advised to run, at least not anywhere where there is an increased risk of falling. I did do 2 miles, slowly and carefully, later in the day.
It was warm and very humid early, becoming hot and humid later - not pleasant running weather, so the parkrunners did well. It was Mr Rat's 200th.
Did some weeding this afternoon before they get out of hand.
