The homebodies are happy to be home. Laundry is caught up. A quick trip to the grocery store for fruit, the post office, then a stop at the river • Stanley sturgeon made an appearance, twice; poor MrsP missed him both times. A few cedar waxwings were picking berries for lunch, and cormorants flew up and down river • Showers overnight but no rain so far today. Threatening skies will bring showers this evening. Our current eight day forecast shows thunderstorms, showers or rain, every single day. Is this really happening? • The kitties survived our absence and are peacefully napping.
