Race For Life 2009

This is the third time I've been to this now as every year I take Sarah, Its a shame its a female only race as I know quite a lot of mates and me included who would relish the idea of running around Silverstone race track and to be honest if I'm there already then why can't they do one an hour later or something. Anyway its got me thinking I might do the Althorp 10km although it would have been nice to have made the most of the summer months for it. Next nice day we get I'm going to start my training back up again so hopefully I don't need to wait long.
