Wasp/Hoverfly on Water FIgwort that's growing in the river.

We did have sporadic showers of rain during the early hours and until lunchtime, although walking round the garden earlier the ground still looks dry.   Probably it's so parched that the water evaporated before it could be absorbed, which means that water will continue shortly.
