Looking Up

We had an away day. A day away from work and worry.

The village Social Club had planned a trip to Whitby. It was a long time since we'd been so we jumped at the chance of a trip. Whitby was a regular holiday place when our friend had a caravan site there.

We remember our kids being shocked when they turned around to face a goth on a festival weekend. Another time we were there we became extras in the film Captain Jack. I must watch it some time to see if we are actually on with Bob Hoskins and Anna Massey.

No such drama this time just fish and chips and a wander around the shops. We had coffee on a boat and sat by this mast.
