Church flowers

My sister's creation using just flowers from her garden, so much nicer than any bought in stuff. Although she's not a churchgoer she does ring at the church and is now on the PCC and doing her bit to try and keep things going. 

After another good walk on Woodbury Common we pootled down to join all my sister's family here for one of her grandchildren's birthday party. It was chaotic and noisy with all the young cousins messing around and adults chatting.  Good to catch them all in one place as we usually have to miss a few when we visit. 

My sister still had the church flowers to do so she and I went down together later. What a contrast in atmosphere!

No idea what we're doing tomorrow but that's the way it works here with so much going on!
