Footman

Another moth blip today for me . While at work walking own the yard I spotted this dayfly moth which kindly landed on some racking which allowed me to grab a shot on my mobile .
I have managed to ID it as a Scarce footman due to the way it holds its wings tightly around its body . Work has been rather busy but pleased to say Alex is back off her holiday .

Once home from work and changed a trip to visit Mum who is fine . Not having to search out a blip it was straight home via the chippy of course and a relaxed evening
