Work

A long day but a good day. We have a new CEO (90 days into role) who gave us a good update on where he sees we're going wrong a what he wants to do about it (although no mention of how we're going to fund it) as well as some helpful updates from some of our People (HR to the uninitiated) team. 

Ive had a very disjointed few weeks what with holidays, secret ceremonies and conferences and that continues tomorrow morning with a  hospital appt in the morning about the lump inside my cheek (which I've delayed once). Hopefully I can do some proper work in the afternoon.
