Fruit Machine

I felt lots of pain after yesterday's exertions - mostly muscular but my hip is making me very unhappy.  I'll see how it looks after the CT scan.

Plans for today involve doing nothing because it's way too hot outside.

Cricket on the radio. I'll survive.
