Plunge Pond

With son Nathan and my dad staying overnight, we were all up eary. Mrs BB took Nathan to meet up with a pile of friends as he's canoeing the River Wye this weekend - Hoarwithy to Symonds Yat. Nice that he keeps in touch with school friends from about twenty years ago.

My dad drove home late morning and it wasn't long before we were off to nearby Kings Caple (Herefordshire UK) for a party at the doctors house for whom Mrs BB works part-time. We went last year and it was similar weather with rain and sun taking it in turns. The blipfoto shows Mrs BB jumping in to their natural pool/pond and then a warm up in the sauna just behind where she is jumping in. The extra is Mrs BB on the lawn outside the house. A nice place.

We were home by 4.30pm as friends Fran & Dave were calling in and we ended up going out for a meal in our local town of Ross on Wye. Son Nathan and his mates bumped into us - quite the worse for drink - obviously all enjoying the weekend despite the weather. They're camping alongside the Wye - rather them than me!  My camping days are over!!
