Forget-Me-Not

These are called Vergissmeinnicht in German and I think that's a quite pretty name.

A better mood today, helped in no little way by the cats sleeping in until 9 this morning. And I think that might be down to the Feliway spray that we've sprayed around the flat. Whatever it was, I was very, very grateful.

Out at the City Of Bears for our regular visit and the garden is overrun with these flowers and the Rhododendrons are just coming into flower. We discovered that my QSM* hat einen Vogel.

I should explain. My QSM has a bird, and that would literally translate as "Sie hat einen Vogel". Really. She has rescued a Hawfinch and is keeping it in a spare room until such time as it gets better. However. In German, if you say "Sie hat einen Vogel", what you mean is they are a few sandwiches short of a picnic...

The QSM isn't. She's pretty amazing really.
