OVER THE ROAD

It's been like Piccadilly Circus here today - at least three vehicles must have gone past! The rain came down unrelentingly so we stayed in the cottage, kept the doors open and I spent quite a lot of time just standing in the doorways listening to the wind in the trees, watching the rain and whatever else came into view, like the pheasant who roams about the field over the road. The forecast for tomorrow is a bit better so we will head out.
