STRAVA DAY 766++ Practiced cycling today but did not really catch a good view so am not linking the route.

Title is just Italian for tiny bitter gourd and ants as per Google. 
Featured photo is part of T's ant brood inside one of his ant test tubes along with part of our bitter gourd harvest.

T doesn't have classes today but we'll be attending his schools' Recognition Day tomorrow to show support. In the extra is a #GrampsandT moment. T has been requesting that Gramps build him another ant nest for his dream ant colony. Took video clips of part of the ant nest making process however no idea as of yet as where to share it or when I could.
