The Giant

A ride with my pals up through the forest and down to the canal. When we stopped for a banana after the mid way tea stop this grasshopper jumped on board.

I set off and it stayed on the handlebar for several miles.. When it finally jumped off I wondered if it has to try and find its way back home. Or perhaps it will establish itself in a new location. 

Meanwhile a smart lady in a splendid hat was opening a lock gate. Hard work while her man sat in the boat. See extra.
