I heart this

Had a good job interview today, and then a follow up call from a previous interview which means that I’m progressing further along with that one. There’ll be follow up emails next week as well. Nice bit of personal validation, at a time when it’s all too easy to question whether one has the chops to re-enter the job market at my stage of life. Things can turn on dime. Over the last few days I was feeling frustrated by my mother’s inability to find a house, today she’s put in an offer on a house and had it accepted. One less thing to worry about…
