Move over Nigella

With the weather being utterly rubbish I decided to do a nice lamb dinner tonight. Only after mashing the potatoes I realised that I didn't have any butter. Oh my god, disaster I hear you cry. However being the culinary queen that I am, took a large tablespoon to the Moroccan olives in the fridge and there you have it; Marrakesh Mash. Skins left on for extra rustic charm (or for lazy people who can't be bothered to peel!)

Deeeeee-licious.
