Zumba, cuppa and a walk along the prom…home for lunch then back along the prom for an appointment with the beautician. I was going to head to the boys to spend a couple of hours of cleaning before walking group tonight but I’ve cried off for a restful afternoon instead! MC will pick me up later and drop me off to go walking.

It’s turned into quite a muggy day after the fresh wind of earlier changed direction and has dropped altogether now…which also means the harvest flies are on the rampage again, they’re nasty little critters when they bite!

I treated myself to some sunflowers earlier this week and they’ve given me my blip today. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursday,
