Update:
We had a full day yesterday, from early in the morning to late at night, we covered the city and more, we managed to get to the spa, my pedometer said 25km, Nadine's legs said 40 haha.
We did manage a nice lunch and dinner so it wasn't all about the pain. She's on the way back to Wales now, something I'll be doing a week today :-(

I hope you all have a lovely fun Monday, for me its a day off to pack some boxes and maybe visit the thermal baths again.
