Morning Fog

Heatwave, what heatwave? Despite the predictions of heatwave doom for California, it seems that a thin and compressed marine layer will be hanging around the coast and the bay this weekend, giving us some relief.  In Santa Cruz this morning - you can't tell it's compressed when you are under it, but it had retreated out to sea by 11am. And I'm happy to say they've repainted the house interior the correct colour, so that's good.
