HORNBY CASTLE

A nice day today.  Went over to Morecambe to see Mum as per usual.  We decided that although it was grey and windy, it wasn't actually raining so we took Mum for a little drive out through the Lancashire Countryside on the A683, through Claughton, Caton, Wennington, Wray and so on to join the A65 at Ingleton.  Rather twisty turny but very pretty.

We then had a nice light lunch at the Country Harvest, had a look around their shop.

Afterwards we came back a slightly more direct route through Hornby on the A687 where we stopped so I could take a couple of photos of the river the Hornby Castle.  Which is private and not open to the public.

After taking Mum home and doing a couple of chores for her we than just came home.

Do take care everyone, stay safe and I will see you all tomorrow.
