I wonder where that saying comes from. He motored past me and I gave him a wave. The next thing he turbo charged the vessel into a speed boat. There is a speed limit of 6 miles an hour on the canal. Then he turned round and sped back again. Maybe he was marketing his boat or had realised that he'd left his wallet on the jetty.
