Our Altar

This table sits close by where we meditate most mornings. We often put photos of friends or family who are dealing with a struggle. At the moment it is pretty well dedicated to my lovely friend Glenn. That's him in the photograph at the back, the beautiful vase with the 3 narcissus was made by him many years ago (he's a very accomplished potter in Ontario!) and he gave it to me, filled with a stunning floral arrangement, when my twin daughters were born! That was 24 years ago, and i love it dearly!

I'm posting early because i'm off to Sydney to do some shopping and then paddle practice with the Mammowarriors! It's always late when i get home and i usually totally exhausted!
