Loving the light nights

I took this photo a few moments ago, at 9.05pm. It's a gorgeous evening, almost luminous. Simply beautiful.

I woke naturally and refreshed at 5am and pottered around the house for a while before heading to work. My good mood was sky high (a bit like this golden lady). I had a good day and then returned to the gym after a long absence. I'm feeling rather smug now. :0)
