An interesting start this morning with a different fitness class after Wendy's cataract op, she has other fitness gurus holding the fort for her and this morning it was Debs standing in for her, and ran us through some pilates exercises which was really good :-)

Home to shower, change and out to lunch with five of the ladies from keep fit classes. Think this was the first birthday we were celebrating since before Covid. So good to have restarted this tradition.
